All orders delivers within 2 – 3 working days. Signature will be required when you receive the parcel. If the address is not available during time of delivery, they will need to pick up their parcel at the nearest shipping provider office. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE is allowed if the parcel is returned to us when it is unclaimed for over two weeks. The buyer will have to pay the additional shipping charges to have it posted out again.
Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight of orders and will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Delivery tracking number will be sent to your e-mail once it is made available. We usually ship within 2-3 working days after confirmation of payment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in shipping provider tracking system. Shipping provider normally keys in tracking code at the end of the day.
You can use tracking code provided to your e-mail later and key it into the links of shipping provider tracking system.
